$120 / Hour – On premise (Minimum 1 hour) during Business hours (8AM – 6:59 PM)

$150 / Hour – On premise Emergency 7:00 PM – 7:59 AM Support M-F and Weekends

$135 / Hour – Remote Emergency 7:00 PM – 7:59 AM Support

Restrictions:

• One room system (multi-room systems are not covered by this package)
• No mounting of devices to walls or other structures
• Exposed wiring only (nothing hidden in the walls)
• Some additional charges may apply of wiring or other components are needed
• No hardware is included in pricing except where noted
• This is priced for a fixed set of services. We are happy to help you with other issues, but our regular hourly charges will be applied ($20.00 per quarter hour).

*Initial Consultation is not troubleshooting and fixing.  If any work is completed by an agent of DMAC TECHNOLOGY GROUP,inc. for the customer during 1st hour of initial consultation, customer waives free initial consultation and work is billed as listed above.
